An 8epochs experiment

Outside the Box

State your problem. Get around fifty ideas back: the obvious, the sideways, the far-fetched, and a whole lane designed to make things worse. The bad ones are load-bearing: flip a terrible idea over and it shows you an assumption you didn't know you were making.

Say it plainly, in a sentence or three. A crisp problem beats a paragraph of context.
If there's a current solution or workaround, sketch it; the ideas will push against it.
